We are looking for the missing piece to complete our Curiosity Crew. If you were the kid that always got in trouble for being too dramatic or talking too much, this may be the perfect job for you.

We are looking for people with high energy, acting and improvisational skills who can think quickly on their feet and provide an outstanding experience for every guest. If you are passionate about storytelling, have a flair for the dramatic, and possess the skills mentioned above, we invite you to apply for the role.
 

Located in The Outlets of Little Rock

Duties:

  • Guide guests through experiences (approximately 30 or 60 min) while providing story details and assistance in character

  • Reset game pieces during or after each experience

  • Provide debriefing of experience while in character

  • Admin tasks such as managing bookings, answering telephone, etc.

  • Routine cleaning of facility

  • Make minor repairs as necessary to keep game pieces operational

  • Positive attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Prefer some acting or improvisational experience. Please list on resume.

  • Ability to maintain a character for a full shift

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple groups at once

  • Memorization of key story elements for several experiences

  • Problem solving

  • Attention to detail

  • Customer service and entertainment experience is a plus

  • Ability to quickly and continuously move around the space for a full shift (this is a physical role that requires constant attention across 10,000 square feet) and high energy.

  • Must be available weekends and some holidays!

  • Resume must include legal name and preferred name as well If they are not the same.

*This is a high energy, physically demanding role across a large space.

Job Type: Part-time (20 – 30 hours per week)

Pay: From $12.50 per hour

Application Questions:

  • Are you available to work every weekend Friday and Saturday?

  • Are you able to stand or move around a large space quickly for a 4-8 hour shift? Bend, squat, and lift at least 30lbs? This is required. Must have great stamina.

  • What is a good time to reach you for a 5 minute phone interview?

 

Experience:

  • Customer Service or Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Acting or Improv: 1 year (Preferred)
