Who can participate?

This is a family friendly activity for players of all ages. We generally recommend 13 and up unless there is considerable help from adults on your team. Our cast of characters are always available to nudge you in the right direction and help you along the way.

 

Is there a minimum group size?

There is no minimum group size to play our adventures. We generally recommend 4-6 for most of our adventures. 

 

How long does each experience last?

There are no set timers on our adventures (with the exception of Dracula’s Reign). Our Prologues typically last around 30 minutes and our Stories last around 60 minutes. Timing can vary depending on your team’s experience with puzzles, knowledge of the space, and how you play.

 

Is it scary?

Our everyday adventures are not scary. While some adventures lean into mystery or suspense, all of them are family friendly. We may have specific seasonal events with horror elements that will be advertised as such.

 

Accessibility and Environment Expectations

Our facility is wheelchair accessible. This is a full experience including lights and sounds. The space can become lively with lots of excited players, so just know that this is not a quiet place. Please feel free to call us for any specific questions about the experiences.

 

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we do accept walk-ins, but reservations are always recommended to ensure the adventure you are interested in is available at the time you expect to play. 

 

What should I wear/bring?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes you can move around in. This is not a strenuous activity, but we do have 10,000 square feet of space to explore. 

 

Can we book for birthdays, corporate events, or large parties?
